What this covers. These terms govern your use of the Jam Kham marketing website at jamkham.com — the public pages that describe the product and let you join the email list or request early access. The marketing site has no login, takes no payments, and stores no learning data. Anything involving an account, learning data, or a purchase happens in the separate Jam Kham app at app.jamkham.com, under the app's own Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy — not this document.
1. Who We Are
This website is operated by Twin Palms Advisors Co., Ltd. (operating Jam Kham / จำคำ), a company incorporated in Thailand with registered office at 52/9 หมู่ที่ 2 ต.วิชิต อ.เมืองภูเก็ต จ.ภูเก็ต 83000, Thailand. In these terms, "we," "us," and "our" mean Twin Palms Advisors Co., Ltd. You can reach us at support@jamkham.com.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using jamkham.com, you agree to these Website Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date above shows when, and your continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
3. What These Terms Cover
The marketing site exists to explain the product and let you join the email list or request early access. It does not provide the learning service itself. Any account, learning activity, subscription, or purchase takes place in the Jam Kham app at app.jamkham.com, which is governed by its own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Purchases are sold through Paddle (our merchant of record) and are subject to the app's Terms and Refund Policy. If anything described on this site conflicts with the app's terms regarding your account or a purchase, the app's terms — not this document — govern.
Any prices, plans, or features described on this site are for general information only and may change. They do not constitute an offer, and no purchase is made on this site.
4. Email Sign-ups and Early Access
If you submit your email address to join the list, request a free resource, or apply for early access, you agree we may contact you about Jam Kham as described in our Privacy Policy. Early access is offered at our discretion and is not guaranteed. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
5. Acceptable Use of the Site
When using this site, you agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt the site or its servers

The site may link to third-party websites and services (for example, the app, blog resources, or social media). We are not responsible for the content, practices, or availability of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

The marketing site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, for general informational purposes only, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Statements on the site about the product, learning methods, or outcomes are descriptive and are not a guarantee of any specific result. 9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Twin Palms Advisors Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the marketing site. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence. These limitations relate only to your use of the marketing site and do not affect any rights you have under the app's own Terms of Use.
10. Governing Law
These Website Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles, and the courts of Bangkok, Thailand shall have jurisdiction, subject to the consumer carve-out below.
Consumer rights carve-out: If you are a consumer, nothing in this Section deprives you of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence, and you may be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of that country.
