1. What This Policy Covers

This policy covers the Jam Kham marketing website at jamkham.com — the pages you're reading now. It does not cover the Jam Kham learning app at app.jamkham.com, which has its own Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy covering your account, study data, and payments.

The marketing site has no login, takes no payments, and stores no learning data. It exists to explain the product and let you join the email list or request early access.

2. Who We Are

This website is operated by Twin Palms Advisors Co., Ltd. (operating Jam Kham / จำคำ), a company established in Thailand with registered office at 52/9 หมู่ที่ 2 ต.วิชิต อ.เมืองภูเก็ต จ.ภูเก็ต 83000, Thailand. For the personal data described in this policy, Twin Palms Advisors Co., Ltd. is the data controller. You can reach us at privacy@jamkham.com.

3. What We Collect

On this website we collect only two things:

• Anonymous usage analytics — see Analytics below.
• Your email address, and only if you choose to give it to us through a sign-up or early-access form — see Email Sign-ups below.

We do not ask for or store names, credentials, payment details, or location on this site.

4. Analytics

We use PostHog to understand how people use the site — which pages get read, how far you scroll, how long you stay, which links and buttons you click, and whether you open the FAQ or sign up for a resource. We use this anonymous usage data to improve our content and product and to keep the site secure and free from abuse.

• No session recording. We do not record, replay, or screen-capture individual browsing sessions on this site. We use PostHog heatmaps to see aggregated, anonymous click and scroll positions on a page — not recordings of you.
• No cookies. Our analytics stores a random, anonymous identifier in your browser's local storage. We set no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on this site.
• No personal identifiers. We don't link website analytics to your name or email. Form fields are masked and not captured.
• Where it goes. Analytics data is processed by PostHog on its EU cloud, with data stored in the European Union.
• Do Not Track. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal, we don't load analytics for your visit at all.

If you click through to the app, we pass along the anonymous identifier so your journey isn't double-counted. The app then follows its own privacy policy, including its separate rules for analytics and session recording.

5. Email Sign-ups

If you enter your email — to get a free resource, join the list, or request early access — we use it to send you what you asked for and occasional updates about Jam Kham. We process these sign-ups through our email provider. You can unsubscribe from any email, and we won't sell your address or use it for advertising.

6. Who We Share With

We share data only with the services that run this site:

• PostHog — anonymous product analytics.
• Our email provider — to deliver sign-up and early-access emails.
• Our hosting/CDN — to serve the site.

We do not sell your data. We may disclose information if required by law.

7. Your Rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, and you can ask us to delete any email address we hold for you. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under the GDPR and CCPA; as a company established in Thailand, we also handle personal data in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Email privacy@jamkham.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

8. The Jam Kham App

Your account, learning data, and payments are handled by the Jam Kham app at app.jamkham.com, under its own Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Refund Policy. This website policy does not govern the app.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll change the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
